Message	I found this to be a pain in the ass as well. Tried every method in the book as well as all the others listed above. Took me 2 minutes this method: Get a dremel and cut out 3 slots on the pilot bushing equal distance apart (like the Mercedes Benz symbol). Tap one side inwards towards center of crankshaft with a hammer till it collapses itself and just pull it out with your hand or pliers.
